US Postal service does not track packages, they only confirm delivery. Do not
panic if your package does not appear to be moving, you should receive it within
3-4 days of receiving shipment notification.

Returns: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within
10 days for a refund.

Items must be in original, resell able condition. Items return with opened or
damaged packaging will be charged a 15% restocking fee.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. If your order qualified for free shipping,
the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. You must email for
return authorization number before returning any product.

Product returned without Return Authorization information printed on the
OUTSIDE of the box will be refused and returned at the senders expense.
